Reserves and Resources

Americas Gold and Silver's Mineral Reserves and Mineral Resources have been calculated as at October 31, 2025 in accordance with definitions adopted by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum and incorporated into National Instrument 43-101.
